Overview
An AI-powered motor ability evaluation and training system for clinical rehabilitation. The system integrates motion capture, biomechanical analysis, and machine learning into a single platform — from patient assessment to personalized training.
I led the product end-to-end as Product Manager, defining how clinicians and patients interact with the system across 30+ hospital deployments. The work secured 2 national patents and improved operational efficiency by ~55%.
My Role
Led end-to-end product development from system architecture through clinical deployment, coordinating across hardware, software, industrial design, and manufacturing teams.
Defined how sensor data gets captured, how algorithm outputs are presented, and how clinicians interact with the system during a patient session.
Named inventor on 2 granted national utility model patents covering the integrated capture arm and the overall system architecture.
